5. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Taxes may apply. Plan limits, included features and prices are displayed before purchase.

6. Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a change materially reduces paid functionality.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment and can be used within the displayed limits.

2. Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are prepaid. Refund requests submitted within fourteen days of an initial annual purchase may be eligible when usage remains limited. Renewals are generally non-refundable once the new term begins.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support promptly with the invoice number and a description of the issue. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

5. Service outages

If a verified service outage materially prevents use of a paid feature for an extended period, we may provide a credit or other remedy at our discretion.

6. Requesting a refund

Submit a request through the contact page using the billing email and invoice identifier. We will review the account history and respond within five business days.

We use secure development practices, automated dependency checks, code review and testing before production releases.

2. Infrastructure

Production systems use encrypted transport, controlled network access, monitored infrastructure and managed backups.

3. Access control

Team plans support role-based access. Internal access follows least-privilege principles and is logged for review.

4. Incident response

Security researchers can report suspected vulnerabilities through the contact page. Include reproducible steps and avoid accessing or modifying data that is not your own.

6. Customer responsibilities

Use strong passwords, enable available account protections, review team membership and protect integration credentials.
